Gemma nodded to Belle as she disappeared from view. She was left unattended now? Perfect. Gemma sneakily made her way back towards the Captain's quarters. There had to be something useful in here to help her get her way. Maybe something that she could hold 'ransom' or even just information she could learn about him. She fumbled through papers and old maps looking for anything that might help, finding one particularly pricey looking treasure and sticking it deep into her pocket.
As she fumbled quickly through his belongings she mumbled under her breath. She couldn't believe she'd lost the map so quickly and she couldn't believe Ryek actually wanted to strike a deal. Well, she could believe that part, but who was he to act like he had the upper hand? She'd show him, maybe, she hoped.
