Good luck!
I have a lot of weight to lose, so instead of dieting, I'm just improving what I put into my body. I am running, but I am unable to right now, due to an injury. Light exercise for now. So far, I've lost seven pounds, but it's only been a month. It doesn't matter anymore how long it takes for me, I just want to improve my health. I used to worry about quick diets and getting thin fast, not anymore. Feels better. Less stress. 8D
