Thank you. I love making cakes from scratch. Especially icing. Though I usually I use a marshmellow fluff and butter to give a very sweet flavor. And I actually did make the black icing. It took forever to get it right. It still looks kind of brown to me in certain areas. I just used food coloring. It is my best assest with icing.
