Let's just skip this stupid project than ans spend out project working time exploring." her eyes dwindled lovingly on the surface of the water looking forward to sliding into it. However the words of her partner snapped her eyes back to focus on the other girl. "Can you?" She muttered, confused before she realized how fascinated she was with her tail and just let out a scoffing snort of laughter. "Mermaids are just stupid little fish, whatever go ahead." If there was an animal that could explain how her tail would feel to the girl it was that of a snakes, though she didn't shed as often as one.

"Home life is boring, I just wanted to get away from it all." She admitted absently, before brightening at the idea of a swim. "I would absolutely love to go for a swim!"
