"Our poor James. I hope he doesn't have to deal with this anymore." James' mother whispered and ran her fingers through her son's hair soothingly. "I hope so too, but let's not worry about that right now." James' father replied quietly. James remained asleep for another few hours before the medicine started to wear off, causing James to start waking up. "Hello dear, how are you feeling?" His mother asked softly. James only smiled weakly and looked around the room and saw the girl from before. "It hurts..." James whispered as he lay in his bed. "She's here...too?" He asked. His mother nodded. "She wanted to share a room with you." His father explained. "That's nice." James answered and winced sightly. "Do you want me to call a nurse over for you dear? She can give you pain killers." His mother offered quietly. James only shook his head and closed his eyes. "Mom...dad...get some sleep." James suggested.
