You might want to hang on to your gold anyway, just in case you see the new items and decide you want them more than the items you're saving up for. :3 Those items will always be there for the same price. XD The event commons will be more expensive later. :3 I always save up tons. >_>

Besides, if I decide I don't like them later, after the event I can sell them back for exactly what I paid for them. XD
