Tehra jumped ever so slightly when he reached for her. It was noted, observed, and as the agent moved to get some food the male watched in silence. Apparently staring was alright for an artificial intelligence. Luckily he didn't stare at Tehra until she finished her meal, and turned his attention to the window as they passed over a small mountain range.

Labyrinth was very still. He still breathed, which proved he was at least partially human. His mannerisms might have been off, but for someone who was secluded away in the long lost tunnels of the agency ... that was to be expected. The male's grey eyes returned to Tehra as she ate. He stood with uncanny grace (it was odd to see a man moving so smoothly) and headed for the rations as well. He selected something plain - mere ingredients of a meal as opposed to a finished one.

When he sat down, Labyrinth swiftly finished off his plate of evenly portioned out fruit, vegetables, meat, and bread. When finished, he glanced at Tehra. The agent was working on something - and he correctly assumed that it was the beginnings of a report for their mission. Project Darkholme. It was such a mystery to everyone, it drew Labyrinth's interest.

There is a more efficient way to perform that task. His comment was like one of those tool tips that appeared in the corner of one's computer screen.

He was watching her again. Monitoring her. While his very being was focused on Project Darkholme, Labyrinth couldn't help but be interested in the partner that had been chosen for the mission.

Labyrinth's expression remained neutral, as always. Still, perhaps there was a hint of interest in those colorless eyes of his. He stood and disposed of the trash from his meal, then sat once again - beside her, as he had been. There was a careful distance between them - a polite few five inches at all times, apparently.

((hehe brief conversation time! This is one of those: what, human? You do things in a non-efficient way? I don't understand why you do that.

But I figured that a breach into conversation would be a good way to start out their mission so it's not silence till they get there. While Labyrinth isn't normal, he still has to be curious in SOME way. haha))
