Channah, there are a good many of us that do pay attention to the announcements when they are made and I will be slightly defiant and defend Kent when I say that while there was an announcement it was made in conjunction with the release of a new item and buried at the bottom in small print. Pardon my saying so, but why weren't those two things done separately? It could have aided in avoiding the over sight by so many and to ensure that the auction received its fair share of admiration.
As it stands now, I will graciously avoid anything you have a hand in running or over seeing. Your rather callous and rude attitude towards the patrons of your threads is a bit off putting.
