Connie nodded and started walking towards her wing of the house. However in the back of her mind she couldn’t help but wonder if there was something that Damien wasn’t telling her. She managed a weak smile and quickly found her bedroom, it was very small room, with a small bed, a closet, and a bathroom. She shook her head and laid down on the bed knowing that Damien probably had a much larger room then this.

Karenina sat down at the table and waited for Damien, she knew that he had a lot of work to do, but the fact remained that she was his mother. A smile came over her thin lips as she licked the blood from them. Damien was a true gentleman and when dealing with other vampires that was fine. However she had heard that he didn’t seem to be keeping cattle on the grounds, well at least not for himself. She shook her head wondering what he father would say, when he came later that month.
