Damien took a calming breath as his mother spoke about the celebration that his mother was involved in. He looked down at the floor. "I'm sorry..for bringing up old memories..." He said softly as he slowly stood and walked over to his mother, and gently kissed her on the cheek. "I will go see about my other duties." He said quietly, quickly leaving the room to do just that. Damien felt bad about making his mother relive that night- but he needed clarification. That was why he pressed the question.
