it has a weird herb sauce on it in the package that kinda melts onto it in the oven... it's alright but mine wasn't fully cooked in the middle last time :P

Really though puppy I'm not to big on salmon either...it doesn't have too much of a flavour though it's kinda like tuna and it's really good for you.
+ i live in BC if you don't like salmon ppl look at you really wierd
