Vanity continued to walk quietly through the foliage, the last thing she wanted to make a ruckus by rushing and making the leaves rustle or something. She did however, glance over her shoulder once in a while to see if Ange was still behind her, and she felt a little relieved when she saw that he was indeed still with her. The silence lingering between them was actually quite comforting to her, it wasn't awkward or anything.


Finally, after what felt like forever, Vanity spotted an abandoned not-too-shabby looking building that had been there at least half a decade. She glanced back at Ange for a moment before hurrying towards the building, hoping that the french boy would pick up on that fact that she had something that could work. Somewhere they could hide.
