When Vanity began to speed up Ange followed suit. He noticed a shelter not too far off in the distance. Ange's first thought was that such a place might be absolutely perfect to hide. However, he knew that hiding wouldn't do after a while. They'd have to keep moving after a while. Still, Ange kept his trap shut and ran after Vanity towards the building. Ange did his best to be as quiet as he possibly could, all the while running as fast as he could to keep up with Vanity.

The building wasn't too bad. A beautiful old office building, half built. Ange's only guess as to why the building was abandoned might have been that when the city was beginning to grow, the forest was abandoned for better land out in the city. Ange followed Vanity into the building, all the while he was looking around to see if anything (or anyone) was hiding there besides them.

When the coast was clear, Ange went deeper into the building, still remaining quiet. Without thinking much, he started to pile together some old papers from some drawers that were still intact. He looked at Vanity as he passed her again, brushing against her shoulder with his as he walked passed her and walked into another room. Ange was going to build a makeshift fireplace, hoping it would be enough to keep them warm for the night.
