Have you tried melatonin yet, Flink? I have the same problem you do. I can fall asleep within 10-15 minutes for a nap, but at night I can lay awake in bed for two hours, no matter how tired I am. But 3-5 mg tablets of melatonin have been working for me for a couple years now. Falling asleep is no longer a battle!
