Kinny just wants to chat with everyone in one place.
Have you noticed without a general chat thread, people scuttle off into the event versions of their normal hangout threads?
I love the town hall type threads because everyone goes there and you meet new people who you don't meet otherwise.
Not to mention, drama and NPCs all in one place :P
