Imitate This!

This game is a little different then anything we've done in the past. For this Game Cora and I have already made the avatar in question, but we won't let you see. Instead we will describe the avatar and you need to try and replicate the avatar we describe.

Today's Challenge:

You want razzle-dazzle to finish up this event, don't you? Can you handle the sparkles? Nothing but some big black shades are going to hide that tan tummy, hawt brunette body and big black 'fro!. He might be missing his little pink bow on his tail, but the sea coral around him makes up for it.
