My goals this holiday season are really just sleep and coziness. In the new year I’m going to get a thyroid test from my doctor because I’ve always had chronic lethargy but I’ve been prioritizing sleep so much the past several months and just feel like it’s getting me nowhere. Even as a teen I suspected I had some kinda thyroid problem, but oy, I dunno, here I am over a decade later and like... hopefully that’s it!
