Recipe: Giant Hello Kitty Cupcake

The thing about this recipe is that you need the silicone mold to make the giant cupcake shape. But I guess it can be used for just regular sized cupcakes too :) She uses the same trick that I have seen many Youtubers use, which is to add some coffee to the recipe. The final cake does not end up tasting like coffee; this ingredient is just to enrich the chocolate flavor.
