Repeated offenses, but that must be a severe case of repetition for the multiple early warnings to not have gotten through. :lol:
Then there are more serious offenses including matters against the ToS such as plagarism, impersonation, scamming, art theft, offsite trading, cybering, etc. Each issue goes on case by case basis, so the punishment and outcomes differs each time depending on the seriousness of the matter. You get the idea. =)

Never watched Animorphs either, but the covers for their books were intriguing.
I think the stuff I remember are things like Biker Mice from Mars, Sonic Underground, Ed, Edd and Eddy, Duck Tales and stuff. >.>
