It was easy to get carried away when with Sarah. Too easy. Control over his actions, other than in battlefield, was not something Zenon particularly exercised. There were times to scheme and times to unwind, go with the flow. Unfortunately, the more he got involved with Commander, the more he was forced to merge both of these aspects. It was nearly unconscious progress, one Adelmar was starting to regard as 'growing up' without his knowledge.

So, when Sarah pulled away, or rather pushed him away, he heaved a theatrical sight, but complied. "I suppose you are right." Removing slightly smudged lipstick from corner of her mouth with his thumb (thank goodness for the newest technologies or else there would be little left on her), he gave a longing look at her lips, before releasing her.

He escorted her out, hand on small of her back, and into the vehicle, before getting in himself. It'd be long ride ahead of them and he was rather set on finding other topics to talk about than the slip-up of information he had given earlier. Or Adelmar. But somehow, the disappointing turn of events tonight, were blocking his clever lines. At least the radio was playing some decent music, as they ascended into the sky and towards his little know exit hole in the Dome's barrier.

"I am listening," she said evenly, now a lot more like herself. Or rather, the self she was raised to show. Lately, she had come to doubt it was indeed her true self, but it was easy and even necessary to fall back into emotionless, detached Adelmar Ednah Wislawa as soon as the first blow of emotions was over. She disregarded the hateful glares from two males, to which she had given an acknowledging nod once they were introduced. They knew her name, most likely, and if they did not, announcing it would make matters only more angering for them.

If Mannik chose to lead her away from the the spacious corridor to discuss these matters in private, she'd comply. Otherwise, she would take whatever blow he had to give her, here. She trusted him, far more than reasonable, and believed that he would never make a plan that would hurt her more than necessary.
