There were two. One I had to pick a grade level and a subject, list all of the learning objectives, list the concepts/ideas for each one (there was zero instruction as to what that was exactly), and then list assessments for each objective.
The second one I had to pick a subject and three sequential grades and list what the kids learned in each grade level for that subject. Buuut, high school doesn't work that way, so I had to fudge it and do middle school.
