Suddenly Mercutio started to speak, his voice silky and commanding. "Eli, tell someone that has a fire egg to wait till we crack all the ice, then use enough of the power in it to evaporate the water!" He called out as he cracked his whip at the ground, the area under the tip breaking off from the ground and flying into the ice arms of the dragon.
