Can you photograph any remnants of the current salad (dishes, scraps, background elements?) & send me that along with your older pic? I will generally accept a combination of proof pics in cases like this but I'm uncomfortable with only the older pic.
If that didn't make sense I'll try to explain better tomorrow. It's been a long, long day!
