It's a little bit of both, which ever imgur makes them because the background stuff was originally some jpg some png and it's all saved in art files on my cousins pc with her art major projects and so they aren't really a set format for this event I'm just taking our old art and doing the lettering and simple stuff and then save it in imgur
I'm trying to figure out a good size to make them too I don't know what would be a good set size on banners :/ so everyone has different size ones I am just winging size
