Well... to start with i think maybe a little more drown in the dirty blond. It seems to clean for this dark movie...

Than myabe a hankerchief like Kent's jakob to match with the tie (if you can layer them) cause their ties really are more... puffy than normal ties. and most shots they don't actually look like ties.
