Before she knew it, the drow was gone. And if she didn't move fast enough, people might call her weird for standing there talking to no one. Saith was fast and, as expected, exceptionally gifted at becoming invisible. Not in the sense that he could just vanish-vanish, but in the sense that sometimes he was so speedy and nimble that people wouldn't notice him leaving, fleeing, or even existing in that area. Oh the woes of being a crafty drow!

Practically flying down the stairs (likely due to a great conversation which put him in a delightful mood), he made haste toward the dining area. As his stomach growled, he thought about what he was going to have for lunch today. The idea of a wrap and iced coffee sounded heavenly--a word he never thought he would utter internally! Clearly today was the day Saith was going to be a little less of an ass and a little bit kinder.

He really thought nothing of that until after he had his coffee in hand. Drow was making his way to the wrap cafe when it really hit him.

Why, why was he being extra nice. It was so out of his character. He was one notorious for being a dick. He was the bad boy of the school, and yet he didn't draft a single snide remark at Silvana. Was he ill?

Hand falling on his head, he crossed that off the list. So he wasn't sick. But what would really alter his life in such a way that he would be smiling.

SMILING?! Why was he smiling.

Brows furrowing, the man came to a dead, jerking halt. Sadly, it came a moment to late. His usually keen senses were off their rockers today and, before he knew it, his coffee (wait a minute, he asked for iced; this was hot!) was flying from his hands. Eyes, slowly widening, tried to second-guess the trajectory but failed miserably when a boob literally came out of nowhere.

Mouth ajar, hand on boob, and coffee (might I add scolding hot coffee) on his hand and her blouse, Saith just... well, he didn't know what to do.

Blinking calmly, he retrieved his ill-fated hand and wiped the hot contents from his flesh. It burned, but not nearly as much as the poison he contracted from last night's incident.

Last night?!

It all made sense. Had Mae's magical powers caused his change of heart? It had to! There was no other explanation. He would hunt her down and demand she give him back his lack of morals and ethics!

Directing his azure orbs up, he finally spied the woman who shared in the coffee kerfuffle. And, much to his surprise, it was her.

"Are you serious," he chided to himself. Only, upon realizing it was indeed her, the woman who saved his life and possibly changed his heart, a blush crossed his cheeks. Did he really just grab her boob?

He had nothing. No quick retort. No witty comeback. No nothing. So what did he do?

He laughed. He just laughed, which caused the already spying eyes to turn away.

"Wow, that was a good one," he said aloud, as if this was all rehearsed. "I hope the camera crew caught that on film. You know, for the bloopers reel!"

At this point, Saith was just trying to get the media off them. He figured maybe talking about a video would do the trick. There were rumors flying around campus of auditions for some campus shorts--things to attract new students and show what campus life was like. It only made sense that the school include multiple species and personalities and, let's face it, Saith and Mae were about as opposite as they came.

As the eyes fell away and the ears tuned them out, Saith's hands moved toward the woman but fell short. "Can we talk," he gestured away from the student-filled area. "In private," he continued.
