I think it's maybe because everything is expensive to me and a smaller hamburger or two goes greatly above what I can afford to pay for a meal. I don't suppose most other people here think it's that expensive. Meh. But prices of said products have been on the rise, too, especially since we converted to Euros and in the year before that.
