How you made the Grinch miserable:Mandatory Decorating. he has to go around Who town and help all the who's decorate their homes. he also has to be NICE. if he's not im a make him eat a bunch of sweets. as you can see from the picture he's just reached one house to decorate it. even came bearing christmas tree and wreath. (or in this case 'she')
