Truthfully, he couldn't wait to see what else the outside had to offer, but showing emotion wasn't something he was created to do. In fact, it was rather the opposite. He wasn't supposed to have emotions at all. A weapon has no emotions, the perfect hunter does not feel for it's prey, but rather learns to fake emotions so that the prey is lured into feeling comfortable. Todd had emotions, which was another part of his failure. "Those people there, they are very small. Why is this so?" He asked, referring to a group of children playing on the sidewalk.
