Wishie is the exclusive CI maker and if she's not active, I guess there aren't any CIs. But traditionally the other pixelists do the event stuff - and since Cora is an active pixelist - she did all the event items :)

I feel bad that she did it all herself - luckily the mods helped with recolors :)

I hate recolors - they take the longest XD
