Adam sighed, he didn't want to think about what he had been doing there in Calais, or what he'd been doing for the last few decades, to be honest. So many things have been happening it was a shame he had to spend the years simply feeding and fleeing from place to place. He couldn't think of an answer, and quite frankly, it was none of Trey's business why Adam was there.

"That doesn't concern you." He didn't mean to sound rude or anything, it just come out that way. He lost eye contact with Trey and looked down at his feet for a few minutes. The awkwardness set in his head and he tried to say something else to make himself seem less rude, "I've just... Been traveling a lot lately." He changed the subject rather quickly, hoping that Trey wouldn't press the issue,

"You look thin." Adam didn't want to ask Trey if he'd been getting meals lately, he didn't want to baby the young man. He simply made an observation, hoping Trey would fill in the details for himself. It was a rather chilly night, and it puzzled Adam why Trey would only have a long sleeve shirt in this weather.

Adam turned and set his little violin back in its case, sliding the strap of his haversack over his shoulder. "Do you need money?"
