I think that the darker spirit is bound to the building it's in.
@ jecynecy - I should, but I'd have to get permission from the school.
I doubt they'd do it. They had an investigator in there before and the person didn't find anything, but by what we understand they also had a lot of the college staff and stuff in the building with them at the time. The whole thing wasn't very professional.
Of course that is just one of the buildings that is haunted on the campus. That one is the auditorium, the one other that we confirmed is the one art building and apparently the football field is haunted as well.
