Na, it's cool! I agree. People need to do what feels right, even if it's not the path the family is taking. Heck, my family's huge and I'm the only atheist in it. And by huge I mean HUGE. Tons of uncles, and cousins, and all my grandfathers and everything. XD But we have to live by our paths, not anyone elses. Which reminds me, the description for Aries fits me like a glove. :D
