The kit was given to CROW, and they don't tell us anything about the animals, it's not really a requirement, and no one really asks. However, the kit was definitely strong enough to survive and be treated, so I assume she will be held in captivity, taught to hunt, and then released 
That's so cool, Blue! but make sure the kiddos are careful, foxes are weary and evasive, but rabid ones aren't! :x
