Evening, Sailor Star. I think laptops are just not built to be as durable as desktops. I had sent this one back when it was under the warranty because of a monitor issue and they knew then that the motherboard was messed up. But they wanted to charge me $500 to fix that. Claimed it had some sticky liquid spilled on it when I know there wasn't any. But I didn't fuss with them and just asked them to send it back without the new motherboard.
