Trey's lips pulled down in a faint smile. Something a person would have to look carefully to see. Despite being closed off himself, he didn't like being denied the information he asked for since he asked for it. That was how this should work. "Traveling?" After a couple seconds, he put everything together and realized that Adam must be here at this harbor now because he planned to leave. He would travel away from here right after they met. And didn't it seem like he was running? Trey's lips pulled down just a little more.

"Always look that way," he snapped back in answer. Not necessarily because he felt angry to be asked such a thing, but because he didn't want to discuss his looks. He spent a long time upset about the body he got stuck with for the rest of eternity it seemed. He assumed he got eternity like this, though no one ever explained it to him. He crossed his arms, his fingers hidden deep in his sleeves as he shook his head. "Don't need money. Why? Do you?"

Trey paused, his eyes narrowing. Wasn't this guy leaving? If he was, he should do it sooner rather than later. Just hurry up and go before anyone gets attached. He didn't say that, but he tried to express that very clearly with his expression without telling the other man to go, in case he actually did. Because it would be fine if he didn't, but Trey didn't think he would stay.
