Tai woke with a soft sound as Sophie kissed his forehead. When he blinked his eyes open, he couldn't help but smile. "Do you have work today? Hnn...what time is it?" He had work himself, but not until later and that made him want to laze in bed at least a little longer.

Pedro looked around, realizing that Derek was right about that. "~Ah, boo. I want breakfast! Should we go bother the humans so they'll get up?~" he asked as he stretched again, then finally rolled to his feet. After sulking last night, he felt much brighter today and almost hopeful. Maybe today would be the day he learned things. Maybe he and Derek could learn things about themselves together. "~I slept so well though! How about you?~"
