Zahur blinked and smiled at Jahi. "Of course I was listening." He spoke the words reassuringly and reached out to ruffle the boy's hair. Then the prince was off, rushing to catch up to the Pharaoh and Queen. Those golden eyes blinked for a moment, smile still on his lips as he started forward as well. His smile widening some as the prince held his hand out for him to take, when Zahur was close enough, he grasped Jahi's hand gently. The neko had this odd feeling though, one he couldn't quite explain. It was somewhat like when a storm was coming and he could feel it in his fur. Zahur was sure a storm wasn't coming, this, he could almost smell. It smelled almost like the winds of change. Whatever happened, he would keep his royal family safe and the Pharaoh would keep Egypt safe. Zahur took comfort in that thought.
