I have had so many stickers put on and taken off, I hardly feel them anymore.
I'm starting to feel physically better, but the depression is still pretty bad...not knowing where I will live after I'm all healed up is weighing heavy on me. I don't want to go back to the trailerr with its isolation and high altitude.
This will not be the first Thanksgiving that I will endure a limited diet. My first heart attact, in 1999, occured on thanksgiving!

The ekg was fine. I thought i had injurned my shoulder pulling carpets and nail boards but it actually arthritic so ive increased my fishoil and its getting better. Finally
