There's the reference. I play Isadore on livejournal, and use Michelle Dockery as Susan Sto-Helit in the Hogfather as a "played-by".

Isadore is the Two of Clubs in a game based on a deck of cards. Her personality can be summed up as "proud, trustworthy, bold". She's a skilled swordwoman, with enough talent that the King of Clubs trains with her one-on-one. Of course those two do other things one-on-one, so...

She's recently been dismissed from the Suit of Spades after accusations of spying, and in the process she dropped in rank from a Six to a Two, a drop that would normally be an utter humiliation, if not for the fact that she's happier among the more martially oriented Clubs.

She's fiercely loyal to those who she feels deserve her trust, and will defend them with word or sword, even at cost to herself.
