Neph, I understand where you are coming from. That is also why I suggested asking us for help. Hosting simple contests where users can help decide on themes/storylines for events. Would that not help take some of the weight off your shoulders? Yes, I love being surprised when it comes to the theme/storyline, but leaving such large responsibilities on just a few staff members seems like a bad idea atm.
