Iltu had sat, for the most part, frozen, watching the events involving Sodom and Lilith, though she did manage to look appalled when he cat-called her way. When Lilith accepted the role of volunteer, however, she gasped and shot to her feet. Ooooh, she thought she might have finally made a new friend, and now she was going to get herself killed by this crazy and unsanitary clown! Upon standing, however, Iltu realized she had not the foggiest idea of what to do. She had read many online articles about how to behave in social situations, but 'what to do when an acquaintance that offers to buy you a ginger ale volunteers to be a part of a possibly depraved clown.' I mean, what's the protocol for that?" she thought desperately.

She stood there looking something of a fool until she saw another woman approach the jester and the table now occupied by him and a slowly growing audience.
