When an item will equip on both bases (eg, no skin pixels sticking through) we set them to "unisex" so anyone can easily equip them - there are only three items that were base-gender-specific this time ~ the juliet & ballgown for the female base (because of the narrow waist on it) and the pantaloons for the male (because of the thinner.. um.. butt).

But to address the question I think you're asking, the "Dandy" set was designed with guys in mind.
