you can do squats and push ups and sit ups and crunches, jumping jacks. i do those a lot.

i have done over 100 jumping jacks today... but i still have about 50 calories left to earn. i can still do it i think

woot! i did it! i made my calorie goal for the day. not really wii fitting today, just jumping jacks, squats and a light jog in the living room while watching some youtube.
