January 21th:A Random Act
Hot chocolate at 2:30AM so this is happening today. -.- *sighs* oh well. I'll probably fall asleep halfway threw it. I went to bed around 9-10 hoping to get a full nights sleep and I woke up at 1. What is my brain. T.T I mean I normally only get 3-4 but still. Why can't I stay sleeping. Also when I wake up for the first hour I'm on this strange autopilot where I'm not really sure If I'm still dreaming or not.
Chris is starting to notice strange sleep habit of mine too. Last weekend I kept raising my arms like I was reaching for something on the ceiling. I really hope I don't start sleep walking again like I did as a kid. -.-
- Breakfast: tea biscuit (240) Lunch: soup (250) Dinner: Pancakes (380) Snacks: Hot chocolate (170) Pop (120)Pretzels (60)
