Stupid new injection, this one burns feels like acid in my veins, what do they put in this stuff... what is it for anyway? she was beyond asking who she was and where she was. After the first few rebuffs of any and all questions she had asked them. After that she let them drop, in fact she barely spoke at all there really was no point, all she did was watch the scientists her eyes asking the questions her mouth didn't. She resisted the urge to scratch her arms as one of the scientist led her out of the room, the startling white room that smelled strongly of disinfectant down a narrow hallway to a room that had just recently become her own. It wasn't a very impressive room, it held the necessities, but there was no decorations to give it any of the homely feelings that would make her comfortable.

Into the room she was ushered and left to her own devices though what those were even she wasn't sure, there wasn't exactly much for her to do at the moment. Unless that counted, counting the ceiling or floor tiles... in which case she had already done that twice. A week... only a week, one long long week had she been there. But throughout the entire week, she had been poked, prodded, tested, and injected with various mysterious chemicals. Some did nothing, some made her feel decidedly ill and strange. This newest one made her blood feel fiery, yet still the small red head voiced no complaints she was still trying to wrap her mind around the whole thing, to no avail. She had no name, no memory of family, or home. They had christened her Erin nothing else just Erin though they barely called her by that name, choosing instead to call her some number, or she if they talked about her at all. Never to her only about her.

The injection was really starting to bug her now the medicine racing through her veins making her feel disjointed from her body and strange. Maybe a nap might help she thought to herself not even noticing the closing of the door or the look of the scientist before they left, Erin was so out of it she couldn't even tell you if the scientist who took was male or female. Stumbling over to the bed she collapsed on it and was out like a light nearly instantly. For hours she slept not noticing as changes wracked her small form. So deep did she sleep that the change of her body from that of a human to a fox caused no movement, instead just curled up into a tighter ball.

When she woke everything seemed so much larger, everything seemed so different, she had an odd out of body experience but the weirdest thing was that the body she looked down upon wasn't her own, it was a fox. It took a moment for her brain to register that the fox curled up on the bed, was her. She was a fox! Maybe it was the drugs but she wasn't as shocked as she thought she would be, she felt disjointed. Stretching out a paw she looked down at it flexing each of the toes. The medicine? Did it do this to me?
