Tai hugged Sophie back, giving her a quick peck on the lips. "I missed you too. Work was good. All the kids are so sweet...to me at least," he added with a chuckle. Other of the workers faired less well, but he liked being the one all the kids loved best. After pulling away, he noticed the scratch on Sophie's cheek, making his brow furrow. "What's this?" he asked, giving the injury a light touch. "You didn't get into trouble at work did you?"
