Mini Bio: Abel is a bit standoffish and tight-lipped when it comes to his past so not much is known about this elf. He came to Menewsha right before the '08 Phoenix Jubilee and setup a magic shop. Nalin seems to be one of the few people he can tolerate, although he has a "playful" rivalry with Tesel that can sometimes be explosive.

Mini Bio: The proud owner of Hot Gossip, Aimee is a bubbling fountain of kindness. She is a bit ditzy and gullible, but that certainly doesn't mean she's stupid. Aimee has the odd ability to misunderstand whatever she's told and sometimes spread rumors completely by accident. She loves to laugh and overall is a cheerful and upbeat girl.

Occupation: Shopkeeper of Hopscotch and Legs 11

Mini Bio: A vivacious woman who loves to flirt and tease. She came from a small conservative town on Navarro that didn't quite fit her style. D's sweet, but quite cunning when it suits her. She'll often drag Sera into keeping her company whenever she's bored.





Name: Evangeline Gray
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Emporio Palazzo
Age: 33
Birthday: September 3
Mini Bio: A daughter of the Montour railroad barons, Evangeline had a promising future with a cushy lifestyle and rich husband, but instead she married for love. Surprisingly her parents, never quite fitting in with the Menewshan community, embraced this decision and left Menewsha's railway in the hands of her and her new husband while they moved back home to Duval. Evangeline had always been admired for her gowns so she eventually started her own shop. As a successful businesswoman and the proud mother of two, she couldn't be happier.

Occupation: Shopkeepers of Snack Attack
Age: 12
Birthday: October 15
Mini Bio: These ambitious twins seem to have inherited the family's entrepreneurial spirit. Following in the footsteps of their mother Evangeline and their older cousin Lance, Evan and Penny are proving to be capable workers, despite their young age. Under the pretext as "older sibling" (albeit only by a slim few minutes) Penny fancies herself to be the brains of the operation. Evan, meanwhile, does most of the wheeling and dealing. Although the siblings occasionally quarrel, they share a close bond and together create a formidable team.





Name: Fatima Hadar
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Menewshan Imports

Mini Bio: A mysterious tradeswoman from the island of Tapio who came to Menewsha several years ago to sell her wares. While not unkind, she prefers to keep to herself. Some call to question exactly how Fatima obtains such varied goods from around the world. She's often seen carrying her favorite pet snake, Zea.





Name: Lance Montour
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Headworks
Age: 18
Birthday: November 17
Mini Bio: An outgoing and energetic young man, Lance is always starting new projects before finishing his old ones. Although born on Menewsha, he was forced to move away with his family several years ago. Lance never quite fit in at his new home so as soon as he was able he packed up and moved back to Menewsha. His uncle Percy and aunt Evangeline gave him a place to stay and quickly set him to work delivering the railway's packages and mail. Shortly afterward he opened his own hat shop as well. In what little spare time he has, he likes to fish.

Notable Appearances: Harbor Fishing game, as the lead character.





Name: Lapis Kem
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Jewel's Dream
Age: 30
Birthday: July 11
Mini Bio: Lapis is a woman of few words who strives to perform everything with the utmost efficiency. She has a slightly regal air about her which some find difficult to approach, but she's really not an unfriendly person. Lapis prides herself in her knowledge and taste for jewelry which makes her a very capable saleswoman.





Name: Li Mei Chen
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Accentuate
Age: 18
Birthday: June 19
Mini Bio: Totally fashionable, Li Mei knows just which accessory will match with your outfit. Too young to be a "real" adult and too old to be a kid anymore, she's getting out there and living life. Li Mei moved to Menewsha in the winter of '07 and was immediately welcomed with open arms. She can be a bit impolite sometimes, but her heart is in the right place.






Name: Lise
Occupation: Entertainer/Shopkeeper of Blackjack
Age: 19
Birthday: February 29
Mini Bio: Lise travels with her family, known as "The Caravan", to islands all around the Chain. She has a dark sense of humor and seems to have supernatural qualities as she claims to be able to talk to spirits and read fortunes. Lise seems to have a strong enough connection with Menewsha that she's willing to stay even without the company of her family, having decided to set up a shop here and travel less with her family. She used to host the card game in the old arcade.





Name: Magnus McQuade
Occupation: Shopkeeper of McQuade Boutique
Age: 32
Birthday: May 14
Mini Bio: A scary looking guy at first glance, but you couldn't meet a more gentle soul. Magnus is known for his big heart and gentle hands. He and Nalin are good friends as they both share a love of gardening. Magnus is also one of the few people whom Tesel can stand.





Name: Refuses to be called anything but "Mango"
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Lingerie Land
Age: A lady never tells.
Birthday: April 12
Mini Bio: Unknown to most, she's actually a born and raised Menewshan who ran off to seek a life of glamor. While she found some success abroad, the death of her mother brought her back home where Mango inherited the family business. She's a sophisticated woman with fine taste and not a fool by any means. Mango can be condescending at times, but never enough to cause offense.





Name: Nalin Sun
Occupation: Shopkeeper of Petal Paradise
Age: 25
Birthday: May 14
Mini Bio: Nalin is a friendly guy (perhaps too friendly for his own good) who's always willing to help out and has trouble saying no. He's lived on Menewsha for quite some time, but occasionally takes business trips abroad to search for new products. He met Abel on the way home from one of these trips and they've since become friends. He and Magnus are also quite close, but Tesel meanwhile treats Nalin like her favorite punching-bag - she claims it's in order to "toughen him up". He originally came from the island of Vile, but rarely mentions anything about it.

Mini Bio: Sera is a quiet young woman, yet she somehow managed to acquire a wide group of friends. She is very artistic and creative, finding it easier to express herself with pictures rather than with words. Sera never talks about her herself, but she's renowned as a good listener.





Name: Tesel Valentine

Mini Bio: A strong and aggressive woman from Amorus, Tesel is like a bomb waiting to explode. She's often cold, unfriendly, and straight to the point. Tesel trains daily so she rarely parts with her pudao, further adding to her intimidating persona. Tesel has never seen eye to eye with her cousin Vicktoria about her obsession with "love" and the two frequently quarrel.

Mini Bio: Details about "The Toymaker" are largely shrouded in mystery, but the few who are treated with the tales of his youth quickly learn that he's led a long and eventful life. He's well respected for his wisdom and ability to give clear and impartial advice. "The Toymaker" and Jeryck seem to be friends, but he lets Jeryck do most of the talking.
