Shane shied around the direct question about Quinn, not really wanting to discuss that with a strange, much less a stranger that was supposed to be a date. Even if he was already certain that there would be a second date. It still didn't seem like appropriate date material. He instead focused on the question about the other dates, "I guess they were mostly boring. Or with people who didn't know how to hold a conversation. Nor really even remotely my type."
