It is a real easy recipe.
A friends mom gave it to me.
Very tasty, but super sweet.

Take some cream cheese & added about double the amount of powdered sugar to it. I put it in a ziploc freezer bag. Start kneading them together. Then add in your flavoring of choice & some coloring if you like. I used the paste coloring from Wilton. Then knead until it gets a nice uniform color. Add more powdered sugar if the mixture is to wet. Then I just took it by handfuls & rolled it into strings the coated it with a little powdered sugar so that it wouldn't stick together. Place several string close together & cut into small pieces. Spread them out a little & let them air dry. Over night is best if you have the time.

They made for cute gifts. I made several different sizes & shapes of them.
